Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Failure: If a guaranteed express shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe due to our internal error.
- Cancellations: Pickup requests cancelled 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event a package is lost within our network, a full refund of shipping costs plus insurance value will be processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect recipient details, or refusal of delivery by the recipient.
